GOSH 2025 Community Council Candidate Nominations

Please use the following form to nominate a candidate for the 2025 GOSH Community Council Election. Individuals can nominate themselves or others for inclusion in the candidate pool. Individuals nominated by others will need to explicitly accept their nomination in order to be included in the election slate.

As stated in the Governance Plan, nominated candidates can indicate whether they self-identify as being part of one of the following groups:

• A member of a Regional Group. Regional GOSH groups currently recognized by GOSH include ReGOSH and AfricaOSH.

• Individuals who are Women, Trans, or Gender non-conforming

• People of Color and/or Indigenous 

• From a low-income country or/and community in Asia or elsewhere

• From unaffiliated, community-based organizations/NGOs

• Historically marginalized sexual orientations

• People/persons with disabilities.

• People who add to youth participation in governance, e.g. people who are younger than 25 according to the United Nations definition.

The window of time for nominations is June 25 - July 7, 2025, during which time any eligible community member can nominate themselves or others.
