GOSH 2025 Community Council Election Voter Registration

As stated in the Governance Plan, all members of the GOSH community are eligible and encouraged to vote. If you have engaged with GOSH in any way, we consider you a member of our community and would like your vote. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Forum members who have posted at least twice since the last election in 2024,

2. Members of the AfricaOSH WhatsApp or ReGOSH Telegram groups,

3. GOSH Ambassadors

4. Any attendees of the previous GOSH Gatherings or regional GOSH gatherings (AfricaOSH, ReGOSH, etc)

5. Any Working Group member

6. Any person who has volunteered to support a GOSH activity

7. Any person who has presented at or attended a Community Call in the past year

Community members can indicate other forms of active participation, as we understand this is a new set of criteria and likely to be incomplete. In general, the current Community Council will prioritize inclusion, and will exercise flexibility in matters of voter eligibility.

Those who are not eligible to vote will be notified by email. Those who are eligible to vote will receive an invitation to vote in the coming weeks.

The data that is being collected may be used to inform future GOSH elections and may be shared back with the broader GOSH community as part of a reflection process. However, any personal information will remain anonymized during this reflection process.
